Your absence doesn’t have to be a synonym for anxiety for your pet animal. With our team, this is going to be a calm and even very enjoyable experience. All the ValVerde Animal Hotel team members will strive to make your absence and the necessary adaptation of your pet as tranquil as possible and, thus, our priorities are the leisure, comfort, safety, hygiene and care for all our guests.
Diets
At the Hotel Valverde, the food is normally provided by owners so that the animals are able to keep to their regular diets. To this end, owners need to set out the daily quantities of dry and wet food to provide their dogs and indicate the preferred mealtimes.
There is also the opportunity for your dog’s stay to include food supplied by our hotel. This consists of foodstuffs designed for pet animals (normally dry).

Bathing and Grooming for Dogs
Our team is accustomed to dealing with the care of your animal. We apply the products most suitable for the particular hair and skin type and carry out cutting and grooming according to the respective breed. In this specific case of cats, we don’t apply sedatives, hence, the cat needs to be familiarised with the process. Our bathing and grooming service may take place either during your animal’s hotel stay or at other period of time.
Training School
Our Dog Training School focuses on instilling basic obedience, important to guaranteeing the appropriate behaviour of your dog in society, with the method applied based on rewards and not on discipline. We recommend this training takes place around 6-8 months of age and is available either in our facilities or in your domestic environment.
Pet Taxi
Available to your companion, we have our taxi service. If you’re unable to bring us your pet, we can go and fetch the animal. If you can’t fetch your animal, let us bring your pet home. The transport takes place with every safety measure in effect while also adapted to the type and weight of the respective animal.
