The Surroundings
The ValVerde Animal Hotel is located in an isolated and calm forested area where we take every care of the necessary security measures – we have 24-hour video surveillance and fences closing off the grounds.
In the inner precinct, there are the boxes while there are five outdoor parks, each with 210 m2 and thus your pet animal will have the space to run free and play – important activities to their physical condition. Furthermore, these spaces do not serve for various different dogs simultaneously apart from in cases when the animals belong to the same owner.
The Boxes
At the ValVerde Animal Hotel, we have 36 spacious boxes, all painted in anti-fungal paint, with inner areas of 6m2 as well as 9 m2 of outdoor space to guarantee a pleasant and safe stay.
Each is equipped with:
- Central heating
- Sun protection awnings
- Acoustic and thermal insulation
- Artificial and controlled ventilation
- Unbreakable windows
- Covered dog bed
- Ambient music to reduce stress levels
Safe transport for your pet animal
If you’re unable to bring us your pet, we can go and fetch the animal. If you can’t fetch your animal, let us bring your pet home.
The Welcome Program
The Welcome Program was designed for dogs experiencing separation anxiety so that your holidays do not become a cause for your animal’s alarm or concern. This basically consists to the gradual adaptation of your dog to the space so that when the time comes to spend several nights at the hotel, the animal is already entirely comfortable and familiarised with both the surrounding and the team..
The program costs €110 and consists of six nights spread out through the three months of the low season.
Hence, if you have a dog that:
- Is part of a family and has never been separated from the family
- Is very dependent on his/her owners
- Is already somewhat advanced in age
- Has never had his/her daily routines disturbed
- Is not especially sociable
- Has never stayed in a Pet Hotel before
The Welcome Program is especially recommended because it will help your dog to:
- Deal with your absence
- Establish new routines
- Become sociable with other persons and other animals
- Teach your pet that the owner will be returning to pick him/her up
- Strengthen its character
